In this discovery of Self our true Soul becomes illuminated. The patterns of our most intimate relationships create and mirror our deepest wounds. By diving into the body using somatic practices such as breath work, body work and energy work, we uncover the layers to the Naked Authentic Self.

This is where we start to feel, breathe, and move, expressing and releasing the emotions held in the body as trauma, beautifully transmuting them in the process. As we heal our personal relationship with self, we then understand that if trauma happens in relationships, it is also transformed through relationships.
